7. LICENSE GRANT

8. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Purchase of these materials does not create any professional relationship between Seller and Purchaser beyond that of content licensor and licensee. Seller is not providing healthcare services, consulting services, or professional advice of any kind.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of purchased materials after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the purchase page agreement, constitute the entire agreement between parties regarding this subject matter.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
